Proven engineering experience within residential development or housebuilding.
Strong knowledge of highways, drainage, SuDS and utility infrastructure.
Experience securing Section agreements (S38, S104, S278) and managing adoption.

Responsibilities

Manage engineering requirements across residential developments from initial land appraisal through to final completion and handover.
Coordinate external specialist consultants and oversee detailed design packages for roads, drainage, utilities and site infrastructure.
Secure all statutory technical approvals and legal adoption agreements, including Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278.
Provide robust engineering input into pre-acquisition planning, budgets, costings and development programmes.
Support on-site construction teams with complex engineering and ground condition queries.
Oversee site infrastructure adoption processes with local authorities, highways departments and water undertakers.
