Position: Engineering Manager

Salary: Up to £70k

Location: Commutable from Peterborough

Working Hours: Monday - Friday Days

Are you an experienced engineering manager looking for a new role around the Peterborough area? I am working with a leading FMCG manufacturer who supplies products throughout the UK and Europe. They are looking for a manager who has experience with installation projects due to their expansion plans for the site.

This role will involve managing PPM plans, breakdowns, budgets, people, and project management. There are currently 10 engineers on site with a plan to grow to a team of 14 in the next year. This manager should possess strong people management skills and have previous development plans in place to upskill their engineering team.

Requirements:

1. HNC equivalent or higher in engineering
2. Experience leading 6+ engineers
3. Experience with improvement projects and installations
4. Experience managing in an FMCG environment
5. Experience creating employee development plans
