Responsibilities

• People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed team of engineers across varying seniority levels.
• Execution & Delivery: Own the team's cadence and quarterly roadmap with a strong agile process.
• Technical Guidance: Guide architectural decisions across payments and fraud infrastructure.
• Fraud & Conversion Ownership: Balance conversion optimisation with fraud prevention.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent PAC in planning and cross-functional discussions.
