What do I need?
- Experience as an engineering manager in a highly regulated industry - Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Automotive, Rail etc.
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplined teams
- Experience developing test and evaluation strategies
- Strong requirements management experience - capturing, tracking, and evolving system requirements
- A background in Systems, Mechanical, Electronic or Manufacturing engineering is highly desirable
