• Work with Architects and Engineers on technical solutions, review requirements, and oversee implementation.
• Create and communicate project plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure high-quality software releases and prioritize initiatives.
• Balance technical debt repayment with new feature development.
• Facilitate technical discussions and stay updated on mobile app security trends.
• Manage direct reports: hire, train, mentor, set objectives, and provide feedback.
• Promote a culture of autonomy, resilience, respect, and accountability.
• Assist with customer escalations and participate in budget management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years leading software engineering teams and 10+ years in data/software engineering.
• 4+ years programming in multiple languages.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with complex systems, agile practices, and distributed teams.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C and C++.
• Understanding of security principles and secure coding.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reverse engineering, debugging, and mobile app development tools like Xcode and Android Studio is a plus.
