Are you an Engineering Manager from Heavy Industry or a Plant looking to work for a manufacturing giant offering a stable role with autonomy to create maintenance schedules and oversee engineering on a busy site?
This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and secure business providing premium products to blue-chip industries across the UK and Ireland. The position is based in an industrial, manufacturing environment.
You will oversee a team of engineers, ensure smooth plant operations through continuous improvement of maintenance schedules, and take on senior leadership responsibilities influencing business decisions.
This role is ideal for an Engineering Manager from a heavy industry background seeking a role within a large, stable company that values autonomy.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the Maintenance team in planned and reactive maintenance
* Planning and developing maintenance schedules
* Promoting continuous improvement
* Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
