Are you an Engineering Manager with an understanding in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as well as experience with an Engineering Design package looking for a Leadership role at an extremely well-established and global manufacturer of access control solutions?

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion.
2. Oversee the design and development of electromagnetic systems.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Proven experience in a managerial role within engineering.
3. Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles.
4. Experience with engineering design software.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
