Qualifications

• Experience as a senior polyglot software engineer building scalable web and backend solutions across various technologies and platforms.
• Proven track record building, leading and developing high-performing software teams delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent understanding of system design, software architecture, cloud technologies and modern software engineering practices.
• Advocate of DevOps principles with a strong running-it mindset; solid testing strategies, reliability engineering and operational excellence.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and problem-solving skills; ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading senior engineers and technical partners toward outcomes while empowering teams to decide.”
