You will collaborate across Engineering, Product and Design to align roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive performance, growth, and innovation in a healthcare-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of team lead or engineering management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Strong background in Java and Springboot with GEN AI exposure.
• Experience delivering production systems and high-volume applications.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Empower and lead a team of engineers to solve challenging problems in production systems.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners (including Product, Design, Marketing) to establish roadmaps and strategy.
• Contribute to technical development and mentorship to direct reports, aligning their skills with business needs; define and guide projects.
• Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while treating teammates with empathy.
• Lead hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and resource planning for the team.
• Provide training and frequent feedback to meet performance goals.
