Engineering Manager (HGV/PSV)

£50,000 - £55,000 - Mon-Fri + Day Shift + Performance Bonus + Training

Are you an Engineering Manager with a background in HGV/PSV, looking to work for a well-known transportation company in the Southwest who offers the opportunity to progress and advance your career and excellent company benefits?

On offer is the chance to join a company who is expanding in order to maintain their reputation as one of the main providers of buses and coaches in the Southwest. The company is growing exponentially and is looking for someone to join and manage their close team of engineers to ensure their safety processes are as efficient as possible.

You will be managing a team of 12 engineers across 3 depots to ensure the maintenance and repairs of their 100-vehicle fleet. You will also monitor that safety and compliance regulations are followed. Finally, you will need to assist engineers in their daily tasks and work hands-on when required.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager with an HGV/PSV background or similar, looking for a company that will invest in their growth, give you more responsibilities and offer you a performance-based bonus.

The Role:

Managing engineers for the maintenance and repairs of the fleet

Ensuring adherence and compliance of regulations

Monday to Friday - 40-hour week
