Qualifications

• Experience managing large and complex budgets including service charge budgets.
• Experience managing sub-contractors during significant refurbishments.
• Strong understanding of engineering in a customer-focused environment.

• Oversee all hard services including reactive, PPM and M&E.
• Manage budgets including large service charge budgets.
• Directly involved in large refurbishment and shop fit-out projects.
