Umbilical Advanced is seeking an Engineering Manager in South Lanarkshire, Scotland, to enhance their engineering function within a 24/7 production environment. The successful candidate will lead day-to-day engineering activities across maintenance, tooling, and automation while driving performance improvements and team development. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in maintenance engineering and project delivery, with key responsibilities including leading engineering activities and improving equipment reliability. The role also requires hands-on experience with automation and controls, as well as engineering qualifications.

Formación

• Experience in an Engineering Manager or senior maintenance leadership role.
• Strong background in fast-paced manufacturing maintenance engineering.
• Proven ability to improve equipment reliability (downtime reduction, MTBF).
