Job summary

Neutronic Technologies Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our electronics repair workshop in the United Kingdom. You will guide a skilled team, shape day-to-day operations and help develop test facilities that expand our repair capabilities.

You will oversee diagnostics, soldering and repairs at component level, manage safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the workshop. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team and coordinating workshop activities.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and component-level diagnostics.
• Hands-on familiarity with industrial automation systems and control equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the workshop: coordinate daily activity, allocate work and priorities to deliver quality repairs on time.
• Develop the team: coach and mentor engineers, support technical growth and foster collaboration.
• Improve capabilities: develop and enhance test equipment, rigs and workshop facilities for a wider range of repairs.
• Maintain high standards: oversee diagnostics, soldering and repairs to ensure quality before return to service.
• Promote safety: maintain a safe workshop and ensure compliance with safety standards.
