You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the development of world-class solutions. From fostering client relationships to driving continuous improvement, your leadership will inspire collaboration and innovation. Key areas of responsibility include:

Leadership: Mentor and develop engineers across global locations while promoting a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on electrical engineering and PLC programming, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Client Relations: Build strong partnerships with clients, addressing needs with professionalism and technical expertise.

Continuous Improvement: Implement lessons learned, standardize processes, and drive innovation across the department.

Strategic Planning: Align departmental goals with organizational objectives to foster growth and capitalize on market opportunities.

Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and ensure engineering practices meet industry regulations.

Who You Are

We’re looking for an accomplished professional with a proven track record in leadership and electrical engineering. Your qualifications should include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Software Engineering, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

Experience: Demonstrated success in managing engineering teams and projects with strong knowledge of PLC programming and software development.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with familiarity in the oil and gas industry as a bonus.
