A leading company in the defense sector is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee data delivery processes for the River Class Destroyer project. You will lead complex data transfers, ensuring high standards and readiness for product data transfer, while managing a dynamic team. Salary: Up to £66,500 (depending on skills and experience)

Degree qualified or equivalent experience, likely to be in a technology, engineering, science or IT related discipline. Some disciplines may require a Masters level education. Chartered Engineer, or other relevant, equivalent professional registration. Member of appropriate professional institution, ideally working towards Fellow.

The River Class Destroyer (RCD) Data Delivery Team:
The River Class Destroyer (RCD) Data Delivery team fulfils a unique critical role at the interface between BAE and our Canadian international customers. Liaising with our Customer and internal stakeholders, this role is directly responsible for the ensuring product data is at the required readiness and standard to be transferred using a controlled, governed process across the Atlantic. The role will lead and build a capable, multi-skilled, dynamic team (~5 members) to deliver this high impact scope-of-work enabling key design reviews and downstream shipyard schedules.
