Spotify is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform studio in London. You will lead a distributed team of six engineers across Europe, focusing on coaching, career growth, and high-impact delivery. You’ll shape roadmaps for event delivery and privacy infrastructure while driving technical strategy and ensuring reliability at scale.

You will partner with product stakeholders, own on-call health, and contribute to hiring and team growth in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
