Job summary

Addepar is seeking an Engineering Manager for its Data Platform to lead a global team and deliver scalable data and AI services. You will be hands-on, shaping architecture, building services, and guiding product stakeholders to accelerate velocity.

This UK role requires rights to work in the United Kingdom from day one; visa sponsorship is not available. You’ll collaborate across offices in London and Edinburgh and partner with security, data, and platform teams to serve analytics for thousands

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with cloud infra and software development.
• Strong experience with Java or Python and major datastores.
• Knowledge of distributed processing tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on greenfield projects to improve lakehouse velocity and product shipping.
• Build and own end-to-end services that scale at enterprise level.
• Architect and contribute to a next-gen interface for agentic AI on our platforms.
• Manage a global team and help them grow and stay productive.
• Support data and infrastructure operating model across Addepar’s platform.
