Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary Engineering and Programme interface for relevant work packages
  • Manage safety aspects of deliverables and solutions
  • Serve as the technical interface for the UK&I Mature Engines CT&E team
  • Manage and deliver project technical solutions according to project policies
  • Provide programme, technical, and people leadership to the CT&E team
  • Develop and communicate plans and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and resource management
  • Implement technical risk management and conduct gated reviews
  • Work with ET&S to manage budgets and resources, ensuring team capability and addressing gaps
Qualifications:
  • Degree level qualification
  • Knowledge of combustion, turbines, and exhaust systems desirable
  • Understanding of Product Change control, PCB, DDRAM, and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Project management experience, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Leadership experience in engineering teams
