What you will be doing

• Act as the primary engineering and programme interface for project work packages.
• Manage safety aspects of deliverables and solutions.
• Serve as the technical interface for the UK&I Mature Engines CT&E team.
• Manage and deliver project technical solutions per the statement of work.
• Provide leadership to the CT&E team in programme, technical, and people management.
• Support project team and adhere to engineering policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and communicate plans and budgets for work packages, managing costs and resources.
• Implement technical risk management and conduct gated reviews.
• Collaborate with ET&S to manage budgets and resources, ensuring deployment and coordination.
• Ensure team capability and address resource and skills gaps promptly.
