£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits Package
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am-2pm

Through growth and positive change within the business, a newly created engineering manager role has arisen. The successful candidate will drive performance across the CAD, Estimating, and Planning divisions to achieve production targets.

The Role:

1. Engineering Manager - CAD, Estimating and Planning
2. Continuous improvements and driving performance
3. Working closely with production to improve the end-to-end customer experience and quality of product

The Candidate:

1. Must have a background in engineering management and manufacturing
2. Must understand the full product lifecycle from customer enquiry to delivery
3. Must live a commutable distance from Exeter
