£55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits Package
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 2pm

Are you an Engineering Manager looking for an autonomous role within a global manufacturing organisation, where you will lead the CAD, Estimating and Planning teams to achieve production targets? The successful candidate will drive performance across the CAD, Estimating and Planning divisions, in order to achieve production targets. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering manager with a background in manufacturing to progress within their career.

The Role:

1. Engineering Manager - CAD, Estimating and Planning
2. Continuous improvements and driving performance
3. Working closely with production to improve the end-to-end customer experience and quality of product

The Candidate:

1. Must have a background in engineering management and manufacturing
2. Must understand the full product lifecycle from customer enquiry to delivery
3. Must live a commutable distance from Exeter
