Engineering Manager - CAD / CAM background £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus + Private Healthcare + Benefits Package

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2pm

Location: Exeter

About the Role

Are you an Engineering Manager seeking an autonomous role with full training within a global manufacturing organisation? In this position, you will lead the CAD, Estimating, and Planning teams to meet customer requirements and production targets. You will work for an employee-led organisation that offers private healthcare, a lucrative quarterly bonus scheme, and other benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established electronics manufacturer operating on a global scale, with a portfolio including BAE Systems, MOD, and the NHS. Requirements

• Previous experience in CAD / CAM is essential; full training will be provided in estimating and planning.

• Must reside within a commutable distance from Exeter.
