What you’ll do

Lead a high-impact team: Build and nurture the Core Modelling Team responsible for shaping Shapr3D’s key features and driving innovation
Drive technical excellence: Oversee the evolution of our CAD engine, ensuring it meets world-class standards and constantly pushes boundaries
Influence product development: Collaborate across teams to ensure the product’s technical roadmap aligns with business goals and user needs
Foster growth: Develop a culture of mentorship and accountability, helping engineers thrive and progress in their careers

What you’ll bring

Proven experience as a C++ Engineering Manager or technical lead with a track record of managing high-performance teams
Strong background in computer architecture, algorithms, and operating systems
Expertise in scaling engineering teams and delivering complex products with excellence
Hands-on experience in C++ development and a passion for solving challenging technical problems
Bonus: Experience working in the CAD industry or related fields
