Location: UK, fully remote

What you’ll bring

• Experience leading software or technical teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Strong commercial C++ experience with complex systems
• Experience with large, multi-component systems and distributed team practices
• Background in observability and logging
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and automated deployments (e.g., Terraform, Helm, Flux)
