Job description

Building Service Manager/Technical Services/Engineering Manager in Central London to oversee the daily and project delivery of M&E, Building, and Fabric services at a flagship site within a Commercial Office portfolio.

You will be responsible for building services, fabric, and health & safety, including:

• Managing and reviewing operational procedures and processes
• Managing project and fit-out works
• Reviewing and managing the performance of service partners
• Overseeing service delivery by partners on a daily basis
• Overseeing design, planning, and execution of project works
• Ensuring site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements
• Delivering on ESG, NET Zero, and SMART building initiatives

The successful candidate will work closely with the operations team to uphold financial disciplines, manage service charge expenditure, and ensure all procedures comply with legislation and corporate standards.
