This is an AeroDynamic Shroud Connectivity Engineering Team Manager (Commercial Modifications - Europe based) role.
Help us lead the future of commercial aircraft modification in Boeing. We are looking for a strong technical leader with deep, evidential background in promoting safety, technical excellence, innovation and best practices within complex and matrixed organisations.
The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplined, agile team and provide leadership across all BGS Commercial Modifications programmes. The new manger will help lead the AeroDynamic Shroud Connectivity engineering team responsible for design and certification of a range of Electronically Steered Antenna (ESA) Systems modifications to all Boeing Commercial Aircraft models.
This role is based in BGS Commercial Modifications site in Frimley, UK. Travel to other Europe sites is expected with periodic international travel to the United States of America.This role will oversee a global engineering team with resources across UK, US, Brazil, Ukraine, and other Boeing sites.
