Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading engineering teams in an R&D, aerospace, defense, or advanced technology environment.
• Strong systems-level thinking and technical coordination across disciplines.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects with execution focus.
• Experience with resource planning, financial coordination, and engineering execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Lead execution of advanced technology development programs.
• Establish execution rigor through integrated schedules, milestones, ownership, resource plans, risk registers, and clear success metrics.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines.
• Lead engineering resource planning and capacity management.
• Coordinate labor forecasting, budgets, cost tracking, and financial execution.
