Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for an Engineering Manager to work in North Wales

Job Details

• Pay: Up to £75,000 P/A
• Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days Role
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Generous benefits package, 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and empower a team of Team Leaders, Technicians, Specialists, and Technical Experts to deliver world-class maintenance support.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, manage external service providers, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote advanced maintenance techniques such as predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Extensive people management experience.
• Proven experience in an engineering leadership or managerial role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Time-served engineer.
• Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Qualified to degree level in Engineering.
