What You’ll Do

As a key EICA specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.

You will:
  • Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
  • Create high‑quality engineering outputs, including:
    • Cable block diagrams
    • MCC datasheets
    • Control Philosophies
  • Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
  • Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
  • Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
  • Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards

This is a role where your expertise and leadership directly shape outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.

You will have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
  • Electrical power systems
  • Water treatment control systems
  • Integrated system design
  • Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high‑quality engineering
  • Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
  • Proven mentoring or leadership experience
  • A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
