Key responsibilities include leading hiring processes, facilitating career progression, driving process improvements, promoting effective communication, and collaborating with technical and product leadership to plan, scope, and deliver products.

Skills:

• Demonstrated leadership experience with current technical expertise
• Deep technical experience in at least one core language or technology used by the team (Ruby, Python, C/C++, Rust)
• Understanding of software architecture principles
• Familiarity with the product and software development lifecycle
