As an Engineering Manager at Civica, you will be a hands-on “player-coach”. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of software engineers, taking ownership of both the team’s happiness and their delivery efforts. You’ll also be hands on as an individual contributor, and work with your team to ensure the best technical outcomes. If you enjoy both leadership and technical elements of software engineering, this role would be a great fit.
