Excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager to join an innovative technology company, developing innovative products that are helping protect wildlife around the world.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, overseeing engineering projects from concept through to production while shaping the future direction of both the engineering team and product development function. They pride themselves on a great culture and providing a massive amount of technical support for new staff. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead and develop their talented multidisciplinary engineering team.

In this role, you'll provide both technical and people leadership across electronics, mechanical and firmware engineering. You'll oversee multiple product development projects, improve engineering processes and quality standards, manage resources and budgets, and work closely with marine biologists, operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative products from concept through to manufacture. You'll also play a key role in mentoring engineers, recruiting new talent and supporting the continued growth of the engineering function.

• Strong background in mechanical, electronic or product engineering.
• Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Degree qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Marine, environmental or rugged product experience would be advantageous.
