We’re searching for a Macedonia based (Skopje) or UK based (Richmond, London) Engineering Manager to join our Global R&D team, so that we can continue delivering high-quality software projects on time and within budget while fostering a high-class engineering culture. The Engineering Manager will lead multiple multidisciplinary development squads within the RLDatix Human Capital Management stack, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and supporting product management goals.
