The Engineering & Manufacturing division of SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join an organisation based in Nottingham on a permanent basis.

Scope of the role:

1. To ensure compliance to regulations across the Engineering business function
2. To manage and develop the Engineering team through effective line management and mentoring, driving a productive work culture
3. Maintain a hands-on Engineering element to the position, around 30% of the time.

Essential Criteria:

1. Electrically Bias Engineering background
2. Manufacturing experience is essential
3. Previous team leadership experience is essential
