Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering nuclear decommissioning projects. You will manage engineering delivery, support team development, drive innovation and ensure safety, efficiency and high standards.

Responsibilities include leading engineers across mechanical, civil, electrical and control & instrumentation domains, managing technical risks, and working with clients and suppliers to deliver effective solutions.

Job description

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams delivering projects within the Nuclear Decommissioning sector. You will be responsible for managing engineering delivery, supporting team development, driving innovation, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to important projects that support the clean-up and future of the UK's nuclear facilities.

Your role
  • Lead and support engineering teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Manage technical risks and ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, electrical, and control & instrumentation engineers.
