The Role:
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a multi-disciplinary team across mechanical design, projects, and electrical engineering. This hands-on leadership role focuses on planning, organising, and optimising engineering operations to drive efficiency and deliver high-value capital equipment solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
2. Oversee and optimise design processes, project workflows, and engineering operations.
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
4. Champion engineering excellence, ensuring compliance with customer & industry standards.
5. Implement strategies for efficiency improvements and business growth.
