Unknown Company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead complex delivery within Defence & Aerospace. You will own the workflow, structure work packages, plan engineering tasks and coordinate resources across IPTs to meet performance, budget and schedule.

The role emphasises leadership, stakeholder communication and rigorous change control to ensure compliant, traceable designs across major programmes. UK travel may be required.
