Engineering Manager | Series B Climate Tech

Role: Engineering Manager

Salary: Up to £105,000 per annum

Location: Once a week in the London office

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, working closely with Product Managers to build and deliver impactful products. As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee the development of user interfaces and data access solutions for their customers. A strong technical background is essential, as you will be responsible for assessing and supporting the team's work, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Oversee the development of user interfaces and data access solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.

Essential skills for the Engineering Manager:

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, ideally within a start up or scale up environment.
• Excellent people management and performance management skills.
• Strong background in software engineering
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
