Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the design integration strategy for a prestigious infrastructure project in London. This role ensures alignment between detailed design, subcontractor inputs, and new design scope. You’ll act as a key interface between internal teams, subcontractors, and major stakeholders.



What You Will Need

  • Proven design integration experience on major station or rail system projects.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership on at least one large-scale infrastructure programme.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Chartered membership of a professional engineering institution, or demonstrable career-equivalent experience.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, particularly with designers, asset owners, operators, and subcontractors.
