This is an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished metal fabrication professional with experience leading and delivering complex projects to join our well-established business at the forefront of the signage industry.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, as well as our welding and fabrication shop.
Working closely with the CIO and Operations Manager, you’ll develop and implement strategies that introduce new technologies, equipment, and skills, while ensuring knowledge is effectively transferred to shopfloor teams.
You’ll also oversee the delivery of complex projects, collaborating with design and project teams from the earliest stages to ensure smooth implementation, high-quality outputs, and timely delivery.
Alongside managing people and processes, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards across the factory.
