Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own and set up scalable systems, and review critical code across Go + MERN stack.
• Set up clean development workflows, Git practices, CI/CD pipelines, and QA automation.
• Lead integration and experimentation with LLMs and voice models.
• Hire and mentor a strong engineering team.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Owner: Own and set up scalable systems, and personally review critical code (across Go + MERN stack).
• Bring Engineering Discipline: Set up clean development workflows, Git practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, QA automation, and release management.
• GenAI and LLM Integration: Lead integration and experimentation with LLMs and voice models from prompt engineering to model inference and latency optimization.
• Technical Hiring: Hire and mentor a strong, focused engineering team. Be hands-on with team reviews, feedback, and growth.
• Own Delivery: Ensure the team ships high-quality code on time with reliability and performance in mind.
• Founding Team Culture: Work closely with the founders, influence product and business direction, and shape a culture of trust, ambition, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Teck Stack: MERN (MongoDB, Express, React Native, and Node.js ).
• 5-10 years of strong product engineering experience, including leading teams in startup environments.

Deep technical knowledge in:

• We are language agnostic. Currently, use Golang too.
• MERN stack (React + Node).
• Postgres, Redis, Docker, AWS.
• Prior hands-on experience or deep interest in LLMs, GenAI workflows, and Voice AI/audio data.
• Proven ability to bring structure, reviews, and repeatable delivery processes in fast-growth settings.
