The Opportunity:
A well-established food manufacturer in the North West is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its site engineering function. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement across all engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the site engineering team Oversee maintenance strategies, site services, and capital projects Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and food safety standards Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and suppliers Support site leadership in delivering business goals and operational excellence

About You:
