We are currently recruiting for a Senior Engineering Manager to join a cutting-edge blockchain analytics company that is revolutionizing the way organizations detect and respond to financial threats. With offices in London and Amsterdam, they provide real-time blockchain intelligence to regulators, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies.

The Role

As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will:

• Lead a team of highly skilled engineers, overseeing the development of scalable, high-performance systems.
• Drive the engineering roadmap, ensuring best practices in scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Promote TDD, Clean Code, and agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on backend Python microservices, working on high-volume, low-latency systems deployed in the cloud.
