Skills required for Engineering Manager:

1. Qualifications within Engineering (Level 3 Minimum)
2. Strong Management/Leadership Experience
3. Strong Managing Experience within Manufacturing Sector
4. COMAH Exp/Hazard Environment Experience
5. Health & Safety Awareness
