Job summary

Murphy is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead design and engineering delivery for water projects in our London office. You will oversee the full lifecycle of permanent works design, coordinating civil, structural, mechanical and process disciplines to deliver safe, economical solutions.

You will manage a portfolio of water projects, lead a skilled team and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing civil/structural design and delivery of water/wastewater projects.
• Strong ability to interpret design requirements and analyze complex structures.
• Open-minded approach to solving civil/structural engineering challenges.

Oversee all stages of design and delivery, including site surveys, option engineering, outline design, detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover on D&B projects.Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with civil, process, electrical, ICA, and H&S teams to ensure seamless integration into the overall project.
