As an experienced Technical Engineering Manager, you will take on day‑to‑day management to develop, deliver, and maintain platform improvements. You will participate in design reviews, recommend improvements, and create consensus through self‑confidence, clear communication, and the technical skills to back your decisions. This is a role that requires hands‑on coding support when needed.
Collaboration, connection as a team, and strong internal stakeholder relationships are part of the “RG Magic” that makes our culture thrive. Our IT team works from our Dean Street office two days per week.
