As a leader in the hospitality industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and maintenance team.

Job Summary

The Engineering Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s engineering operations, including maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures the hotel remains in excellent condition, compliant with safety regulations, and operates efficiently to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all hotel systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialised maintenance and capital projects.
  • Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
