Who We Need: The Innovator & Leader

We're searching for a pragmatic leader with a deep technical foundation and a relentless drive for excellence.

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in an Engineering Management or similar senior technical leadership role within a sophisticated manufacturing or high-tech production environment.

  • Strategic Acumen: A track record of developing and executing engineering strategies that deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, uptime, and product quality.

  • Technical Authority: Comprehensive understanding across mechanical, electrical, automation (PLC, SCADA), and robotics systems. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies is highly valued.

  • Project Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary engineering projects, including budget oversight, timeline adherence, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • People-Centric Approach: A natural leader who excels at building, motivating, and developing high-performing engineering teams.

  • Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing) is essential. A Master's degree or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is a significant advantage.
