Engineering Manager - Bristol

Our client, based in Bristol, specialising in remediation, earthworks, and sustainable land regeneration, is seeking an Engineering Manager. The role focuses on civils, groundworks, and earthworks, overseeing project success from estimation to daily operations.

Position Overview

1. Manage projects from estimation to daily operations
2. Support the commercial growth of the South-West
3. Site setting out and stockpile surveys
4. Produce drawings and interpret data using CAD
5. Conduct weekly and monthly data summaries
6. Create machine control files on Trimble Business Centre
7. Utilise the Matrice M300 RTK drone

Requirements

• Background in civils, groundworks, or earthworks
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Drone experience and GVC pilot licence advantageous
• Experience with Trimble Business Centre, Works Manager, and Works OS
• Knowledge of DJI Terra and Pix4D (desirable)
• Proficiency in report writing and MS Office
• Driving licence

Remuneration

• Salary up to £80k, dependent on experience
