Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the Engineering function and teams across the site, overseeing teams of engineers

Manage and maintain all site assets and equipment, building business cases for new equipment, specification and capital spend management

Ensure all engineers are adhering to health and safety regulations across the site

Manage all capital, revenue and improvement projects to time, cost and quality

Establish goals with the team which are documented, measured and communicated and consistent with global objectives

Key Skills & Experience

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Previous experience in an Engineering Manager position

Experience within an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production environment

Liaising with Key stakeholders across the site
